I will be talking about the last factor which is prevalent when choosing an outfit which is:
4. Accessories : Accessories are very important when choosing your outfit. It adds to the beauty of your outfit. Knowing the right accessory to use with your outfit will make you look glam. One can wear a plain cloth but can make it beautiful with accessories. Accessories include: shoes,belt, scarfs/caps, jewelries, bag,eye glasses. I will start with shoes.
Shoes: I will say that shoe is the most important accessory which completes one's outfit. Without shoe,your outfit will be incomplete. Type of shoes include: cover toe point heels, open toe point heels,wedge, boot like heels, fancy sandals,sandal heels,slippers heels,trekkers, snickers. It is important to note the kind of shoe that go with your outfit. The shoe should complement your outfit. For causal outfit,you can decide to rock it with a canvas, fancy sandals, trekkers,slippers heels. E.t.c. most people love to rock their outfit with heels because it makes them look elegant while some other people love canvas or sandals because they are comfortable in it.But, not every outfit requires canvas or sandals. For a professional outfit or sleek outfit should be paired with heels,patent leather shoe. Party wears should also be rocked with embellished heels. I will be showing you guys some pictures.

These are causal outfits. The former was rocked with a canvas,while the latter was rocked with a slippers heels.

2. Belt: This is an accessory which is very simple but can change the entire vibe of your outfit. For instance,a baggy button down dress shirt can be polished by adding a high waisted belt. One could even tuck in a top into a pencil skirt and add a tiny belt for a classy look. You could make a causal outfit look trendy just with a touch of belt.

3. Bag: just imagine dressing up with a party gown and an embellished heels without a bag or a purse. Bag completes outfit that is why most ladies are particular about it. One important thing we must note is that no accessory is regarded as minor or major. They all play their role and should be combined properly. For instance,do not wear a dim green gown with a red heels and then carry a blue bag,maybe you feel,it's a minor accessory. If you should carry a bag with this outfit,it should be a red bag.
