Fashion for the ladies "Dressing as a case study" cont'd

Good morning fams. In my previous post where I talked about factors to consider when choosing an outfit. I talked about occasion as the number one factor and body stature as the number two factor. Today I will be discussing two more factors before I round up this topic. I will talking about
3. Combination : We have combinations of colours and combination of outfits. Combination of colours has poised a serious problem to people. People tend to have serious problem on how to combine the colour of their outfits. Naturally,black is a colour which goes with every other colour and it is a matured colour. So, if you are skeptical about colours to combine,just use black to combine whatever colour you have. Mind you,you cannot keep on wearing black and other colours. You also need to combine other random colour. White is also a non selective colour though I have seen few cases where white was selective. OK,for random colours, combining a light colour and a dark colour of the same shade of colour is very cool. I saw a friend combine sky blue shirt, we all know it's a very light colour (light shade of blue) and a dark blue palazo,it was so beautiful. A  very sharp colour can also go with a dim colour. For instance, a very dim green mixed with red heels and a red bag is a very cool one, I have also seen ash and pink go perfectly well. One important thing to note about combination is the kind of outfit you combine your clothes with. For instance,a colour such as blue and red is best for a lacy material than an English material. If you still find it difficult to combine your clothes ask around from a friend that knows fashion or you can even browse online. Please do not combine colours like green and blue,it's not cool. Ok, I will be talking about combination of outfits. Please do not wear pattern on pattern,if you must wear a patterned cloth,then the up or down should be plain. The only exception for wearing pattern on pattern is if you are wearing a patterned palazo and a patterned kimono of the same outfit,then with a plain inner wear. Another interesting combination is jean on jean ( denim denim), very nice combo, the same shade of jean is the best (it could be a jean jacket and trouser or skirt) A jean skirt or trouser and a shirt is also very cool.  Finally,Try and dress smart. If you must wear a busy top,try and make the skirt or trouser less busy and vice versa. Ok I will be showing you guys some pictures based on some of the things I've been saying.

This is Ash and pink. It's a nice combo. Ash is a dim colour and pink is a sharp colour. You can also combine Ash with red, yellow. E.t.c. I also earlier said, that do not wear pattern on pattern,if you want to wear patterned cloth,either the up or down must be plain. Look at this outfit,the top has pattern,but the palazo is plain,which makes it a perfect combo.

This is an ash top and a yellow skirt. A very cool combination.

I said something like if a top or skirt is too busy, then the counter part should be less busy. We can see from the pictures.

I remembered saying that it is important to note the kind of outfit you combine your colours with. This is deep yellow and deep red which is very nice for a lacy material but might not be all cool for an English material.
